Still unsure? These are the questions we are asked most often.
Do I need a Taobao or Alipay account?
No. You only need the product link or a photo. We place the order in China with our own accounts and settle with the seller in CNY, so no Chinese app, bank card or phone number is required on your side.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value. A single item is fine, although our service fee has a small floor for very low-value orders because the handling work is the same. Consolidating several items into one shipment usually lowers the per-item cost.
Can you buy from 1688 at wholesale prices?
Yes. 1688 is a Chinese-language wholesale platform with factory pricing and typical minimum order quantities of two to ten pieces. We read the listings, confirm the MOQ with the supplier and tell you the real unit price before you commit.
What happens if an item arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
Because we inspect every parcel in our own warehouse, damage and wrong items are caught before the goods leave China. We open a return or exchange with the seller on your behalf and only ship once the replacement has passed inspection.
Can you combine orders from different sellers?
Yes. We hold goods in our warehouse until all your orders arrive, then pack them into a single shipment with one tracking number. This is usually much cheaper than paying international shipping separately from each seller.
How long does delivery take?
Buying and inspection inside China usually takes three to seven days. After that, express air is typically seven to twelve days, economy air ten to twenty days, and sea freight thirty to fifty days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Can you help with customs and import paperwork?
We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and export documents, and we declare shipments accurately. Import duties and taxes are set by your country and are paid by you on arrival, but we will tell you what to expect before dispatch.
